Stephanie was born and raised in Kolkata, India, and her family originates from Meixian, China. Growing up with a multicultural background has given her a deep appreciation for diversity, culture, and community, something she values greatly in her work with children and families. She believes the early years form the foundation for lifelong learning and confidence.

Stephanie began her Early Childhood Education journey in 2012. As she spent more time learning and working with children, she quickly realized how meaningful and rewarding the field truly is, and that she had made the right decision. Watching children grow, discover, and gain confidence has brought her so much joy.

Stephanie joined Network in 2013 and became Supervisor in 2018. She leads a centre that values inclusion, hands-on exploration, and strong family communication. Through gardening programs and sensory learning initiatives, children are encouraged to explore, discover, and build independence in a safe and nurturing environment.
