Lisa Guarini is the Home Child Care Program Supervisor at Network Child Care Services and has been a valued member of the organization for 34 years. She leads a dedicated team of Quality Assurance Consultants who support Home Child Care Providers across the City of Toronto, helping ensure families have access to safe, nurturing, and high-quality child care.

Lisa is passionate about building meaningful relationships with providers and families. She regularly visits homes throughout the community, offering guidance, encouragement, and support while working to open new licensed Home Child Care spaces so more families can find the care they need close to home. Her commitment to creating welcoming, enriching environments helps children thrive and gives parents peace of mind.
