Network Child Care Services is a non-profit child care organization licensed by the Ministry of Education to deliver high quality programs that promote and enhance the development of each child in a comfortable, stimulating learning environment. Our programs and services reflect the contemporary needs of today’s evolving family.
We offer care for infants to twelve-year-olds in our Early Years Learning and Child Care Centres, Licensed Home Child Care Premises, and through our Onsite and Event Child Care Services. Our programs are inquiry-based, with a focus on play, exploration and attention to each child’s interests and skill sets. Putting your child in a licensed setting ensures professional, reliable, safe care, and peace of mind for your family.
Early Years Learning and Child Care Centres
Network offers high-quality licensed care at 19 Early Years Learning and Child Care Centres across Toronto. Our experienced and dedicated early childhood professionals deliver engaging programs that meet the needs of each and every child in care.

Network Child Care Services Uses Storypark!
Network uses Storypark to help our children get the best start in life by personalizing and involving parents/guardians in their learning, so they can feel close even when far away. Network’s educators can send parents/guardians real-time updates, photos, and videos throughout the day. Families can also record and share their child’s milestones and activities with their child's educators so they can continue the learning that's happening at home.
Home Child Care
Network offers Licensed child care in a home setting at 107 locations across Toronto. Our affiliated Providers deliver quality mixed-age small-group care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-agers.
Safe, nurturing, stimulating care in a small-group home setting. Each home offers a mixed-age program that allows siblings to be in care together.
Daily planned activities based on children’s interests and needs. This Inquiry-based program follows Ontario Ministry of Education’s How Does Learning Happen? pedagogy.
Nutritious home-made meals and snacks that meet Canada's Food Guide and can be adjusted to children’s individual dietary requirements.
Access to subsidized fees for eligible families through the City of Toronto
Providers are thoroughly vetted through a 4-step approval process and must have all security and safety measures in place in order to be affiliated with Network
Full- time, part-time, back-up, and extended care hours are available.
Escorts to and from Elementary School Programs in some locations.
Connection to resources and community agencies that support children’s healthy development.
Home Child Care premises affiliated with Network must follow all rules and regulations provided for licensed home child care in the Child Care and Early Years Act (2014) and maintain quality standards from the City of Toronto’s Assessment for Quality Improvement.
Onsite and Event Child Care Services
Network provides quality child care services at trade shows, conferences, conventions, and corporate or social events. We bring our mobile team and supplies to your location to engage, educate and entertain the children, freeing up your guests to actively participate in your event. Our experienced staff deliver a unique, developmentally-appropriate program that all participating children will enjoy.
Self-contained service: All child registrations, location set-up, daily programs, child care staffing, and equipment are looked after by Network.

Staff are experienced in delivering quality care and have clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Checks.
Licensed Child Care Program that follows all safety and security measures outlined in the Child Care and Early Years Act (2014) and maintains quality standards from the City of Toronto’s Assessment for Quality Improvement.
Network carries appropriate Liability Insurance.
