As the leaves turn and the air grows crisp, November brings a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the connections and celebrations that make our Network community so special.
Halloween Fun at Head Office
We kicked off the season with a visit from our littlest trick-or-treaters! Children from our Group and Satellite Child Care Centres stopped by Head Office in their costumes to share smiles (and a little candy, of course). It was a joy to see their creativity and excitement light up the office. Thank you to all staff, educators and families who made it possible!
Home Child Care Symposium – November 1st
On Saturday, November 1st, we proudly hosted our Annual Home Child Care Symposium at the Courtyard Marriott in downtown Toronto. It was an inspiring day filled with learning and community spirit.
We were honoured to welcome engaging speakers Shirin Ariff and Dr. Jean Clinton, who shared powerful insights on strength, resilience, and the science of early learning. Our team-building facilitators from Fundamentals of Play brought energy and deep connection to the day. A big thank-you as well to Moments in Time Photobooth for helping us capture so many wonderful memories and keepsakes throughout the event.
And of course, we extend our appreciation to our partners from Toronto Children’s Services for joining us and supporting our shared commitment to quality child care.

Looking Ahead – Staff Symposium on November 22nd
On November 22nd, we’ll be gathering once again, this time with our Child Care Centre and Head Office staff for another exciting Symposium. Expect a day filled with connection, inspiration, and fun as we come together to share knowledge, celebrate our collective achievements, and strengthen our sense of community.
As we move through this season of gratitude and togetherness, we’re reminded of the incredible people, educators, families, staff, and partners, who make Network Child Care Services what it is. Thank you for all that you do, and for the warmth you bring to our community every day.
