Francesca has been a dedicated member of the Jubilee Child Care Centre team for over 26 years. When Jubilee became part of Network Child Care Services in 2017, Francesca remained a steady and inspiring leader for staff, children, and families alike.

Throughout her career, Francesca has worked with every age group, from toddlers to kindergarten and school-age children, bringing warmth, patience, and a deep understanding of early learning and care. What continues to inspire Francesca most are the little moments: hearing children’s laughter, watching their growth and development, and celebrating milestones like first steps. Her long-standing dedication is a testament to the joy she finds in supporting children, families, and her team every day.
