Megan has been with Network since 2006 and has grown within the organization from Assistant to RECE to Supervisor. As both an educator and a parent, she understands the importance of creating a supportive and nurturing foundation during the early years. She finds joy in celebrating children’s milestones and believes even the smallest accomplishments are worth recognizing.

At Dane Avenue, Megan leads with warmth and intention, ensuring children feel safe, capable, and excited to learn. The centre emphasizes play-based learning, strong communication with families, and supporting each child’s individual developmental journey.
