Since joining Network in 2025, Alice has grown from a Preschool RECE to her current role as Supervisor, gaining experience across preschool and toddler programs along the way. Prior to Network, she spent five years as an Infant and Preschool RECE, building a strong foundation in early learning and development.

What she values most about working in early learning is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives. She finds it especially rewarding to watch children grow, reach milestones, and develop their own unique personalities, while being part of their early learning journey.
